Hurray, finished week 4 of C25K, after skipping Thursday of this week. We had terribly cold, cold weather and were kicked off our work campus due to electrical issues.
I have this to look forward to this week (each of 3 days)-BIG jump by the end of the week!
My schedule is a little off again this week and my buddy and I won’t be able to run together Thursday, so I’ll have to work something else out. I sure hope I can keep it up!
