To Sleep or Not To Sleep

Readers, please tell me, have you found that as your child goes or just went through a growth spurt that their sleep is all messed up? Last week my son outgrew two pair of pants, and he was down two more again this week. You can even see his face looking a little chubbier. Over the last week, he has stopped sleeping until about his normal time (5:20 AM) and has been waking anywhere between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM with no indication of needing/wanting to go back to sleep. I’m feeling like it is just temporary, and hoping. And wanting more sleep for myself!
